Jerry Liu specializes in human resource management and organizational behavior.
Liu’s research focuses on three main areas: work-life spillover, stigma and well-being. He is particularly interested in how individuals’ unique life experiences shape their work behaviors, interactions with colleagues and performance in the workplace.
Liu’s work has been published in the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Business Ethics. He has presented his research at major academic conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM), Southern Management Association (SMA), Western Academy of Management (WAM) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). He is also committed to advancing quantitative research methods and encourages researchers and graduate students to explore professional development opportunities through , which offers seminars and workshops on advanced statistical methods.
