Career Specialties
Kayley Mount is a New Jersey native and University of Tampa alum. She has been working with the college population since her graduate school days and has a passion for helping young adults navigate the transition from adolescence to young adulthood. She has a clinical interest in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions and relationships. During her graduate studies, she received additional training in marriage and family therapy, which informs her approach to therapy by integrating a strong understanding of family systems and relational dynamics.
MountÌýdraws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to provide a holistic and tailored approach to each student’s needs. Through her compassionate and client-centered approach,ÌýMount is committed to supporting students as they develop the tools they need to thrive.
